I have been working in the mental health field for a number of years in various sectors in various capacities.  What I have learned from working with individuals in crisis and facing some of the most difficult times in their lives, is that many people seeking support and/or services for mental health support are seeking a  safe space filled with empathy, stewardship and a listening ear to make it through those challenging times.  

As a therapist I am dedicated to being a listening ear and a space of support to walk alongside you as I learn to navigate these challenges.  I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and stages in life and hope to provide a safe and collaborative approach to the therapeutic relationship.

Whether you have chosen to seek out therapeutic services due to anxiety, depression, situational stress, grief or trauma,  I would like to congratulate you on taking the steps to overcoming the current hardships you face. I would love to work with you on your journey to healing.
